All student drivers MUST be at least 15 1/2 years of age or older and have a valid Nevada Instruction Permit to schedule Behind-The-Wheel drive lessons.

Refusal Of Service:
New Beginning Drive Academy reserves the right to cancel and/or discontinue a lesson if the instructor deems the student is unable to properly operate the vehicle or appears to be under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or prescribed medication that would effect the students ability to properly and safely operate the vehicle.
