Please Note! These policies apply to ALL Behind-The-Wheel Instruction services offered by New Beginning Drive Academy LLC. By using our services, you are accepting the terms and conditions of each policy.

New Beginning Drive Academy will only reserve / schedule requested appointment date(s) and time(s) once full payment for desired Package has been received or a Reservation Fee of 1/2 the cost of desired Package has been received.
Payments and Payment Arrangement Policy:
All Packages require full payment prior to scheduling the 1st instructor appointment. If a customer needs to split the payment for a desired Package, then payment must be completed within 2 installments (see breakdown below). CALL or TEXT 702-497-8506 during office hours 8am to 7pm to schedule your appointment. We accept texts to schedule appointments after office hours if needed.
4-Hour Package:
- Payment must be made in full prior to the 1st appointment.
6-Hour and 10-Hour Package:
- 1st payment must be made prior to the 1st appointment.
- 2nd and final payment must be made on or prior to the 3rd appointment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellations:
If a student needs to cancel one or more appointments and wishes to reschedule said appointment(s) a rescheduling fee of $50 to $100 will be charged to the student for potential loss of business for dates and times reserved.
Refunds:
If a student cancels one or more appointments and has requested a refund for said cancelled appointments, it is at the owner’s discretion to refuse any and all refund requests due to potential loss of business for dates and times reserved for student.
Nevada Instruction Permit / Driver’s License Requirements:
All students MUST be in possession of a valid Nevada Instruction Permit or Driver’s License at the time of the appointment or else the instructor can and will refuse instruction.
***Any and all payments made thus far will be forfeit. NO EXCEPTIONS.***
ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS:
New Beginning Drive Academy reserves the right to reschedule a student’s lesson prior to or the day of the appointment if the following adverse weather conditions are present: Rain, Thunderstorm, Snow, Ice, Hail, Sleet, Flood, Flash Flood, and Flash Flood Warnings
